Lately due to bad haze that strikes the country, my little cutie had caught her first cough and a slight flu. :( So I have been doing some research about natural food to fight her phlegms in her throat. And I found this! PEAR. Baby SUPER-food!

Cook:3-5 minutes for pear
Makes: 3 portions
2 large or 4 small ripe pears, peeled, cored and chopped

Ingredients
2 large or 4 small ripe pears, peeled, cored and chopped
Method
Put the pears in a steamer, cover and steam for 3 to 5 minutes depending on ripeness. Puree using a hand blender.Hope my baby loves it!
